Watch to find ... Would having that pressed together cause something to go wrong with my transmission part of things? it looks like the clutch plates or whatever they're called are slamming into the part that holds all of them in order. Theres marks from them only on the right side, which im assuming is causing this metal to appear in my fluid.

If you find any metal objects on the fluid, then it is highly possible the transmission is worn or damaged. You will also need to examine the bottom of the trans oil pan. Check for any glitter. It was black as coal but no noise coming from the rear at all. Hopefully its not a sign of trouble coming. My Trans Am has LSD as well and I don't remember the rear fluid being like that at all.
